From Community to Evidence
How contactless vitals screening generates field data through community health worker deployments
Simple Steps to Get Started
Measuring your vitals takes less than a minute
CHW Training and Onboarding
Community health workers receive brief training on using Circadify's smartphone-based screening tool. Because it runs on standard Android and iOS devices with no peripheral hardware, onboarding focuses on screening workflow integration rather than equipment setup.
Community Screening Events
CHWs conduct contactless vitals screenings during household visits, community health days, and outreach campaigns. Each 30-second scan captures cardiovascular indicators using only the smartphone's front-facing camera and rPPG signal processing.
Data Aggregation and Reporting
Individual screening events aggregate into program-level datasets. Screening volumes, demographic distributions, geographic coverage, and referral pathway activations are compiled into structured outcome reports for program coordinators and funders.
Research Collaboration and Publication
Anonymized deployment data feeds into research collaborations with academic institutions. Implementation science findings, operational learnings, and population health trends are published and shared with the broader global health community.
